Are you ready to deploy your own Gen AI solution in your organization?

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, understanding AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) is no longer just for developers.

This hands-on 2-day course is meticulously crafted for managers, department heads, and team leaders who are eager to leverage Generative AI to drive efficiency within their own teams. It is open to professionals of all backgrounds – offering a practical path to implementing powerful AI solutions.

By the end of the module, participants will have developed, deployed, and learned to govern their own customised AI knowledge solution using RAG.

Your data, your app – the power of RAG

A common question we receive is “How do I load my own company’s documents, data, and information into an AI chatbot?”

For organizations that have hundreds of files, documents, or data, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) is a key technique to learn.

This course will teach you how you can turn your own company data into an AI app using RAG – a no-code process which leverages Gen AI technology.

What you’ll learn

In this course, participants will gain familiarity with popular LLMs, including OpenAI’s GPT, Anthropic’s Claude, Google’s Gemini, and Meta’s Llama, covering use cases, strengths and weaknesses, foundation models, and benchmarks across multi-modal applications.

By the end of the module, participants will have developed, deployed, and learned to govern their own customised AI knowledge solution using RAG.

*Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the module.

*This module is also part of the Advanced Certificate in Gen AI Apps Design and Prompt Engineering, offered in partnership with Adamson University. If you complete all 6 modules, you will get an additional Advanced Certificate credential.
