ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Participants should:
- Be 21 years of age or above
- Have a minimum qualification of Diploma
- Have at least 2 years of working experience
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Able to identify the information life cycle and relevant ethical guidelines in the Infocomm Technology (ICT) industry within the organisation.
- Able to apply standard practices of data and privacy policies, laws and regulations for data handling (information life-cycle).
- Able to obtain necessary approvals for data handling and oversee transfer of data within the organisation.
- Able to develop and roll out detailed guidelines on handling data throughout its lifecycle and communicate the compliance framework to all employees within the organisation.
- Able to monitor compliance with data policies, workflows and rules as part of accountability to recognise indicators of data breach and to investigate data breaches

REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION
Participant is to register for the course programme using their full name as indicated in the government-issued identification.
When registration is confirmed, participants will receive an email confirmation along with information on the course programme. If no seats are available for the applied date, you will be notified immediately and given an alternative date.
Straits Interactive reserves the right to change the course schedules, programmes and content without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment must be made upon the receipt of invoice and before course commencement.

CANCELLATION
Request for withdrawal or postponement must be made in writing to Straits Interactive. Refunds arising from course withdrawal/deferment will be subjected to the following terms:

- Less than 2 weeks before course commencement: 50% refund.
- On or after course commencement: No refund.
