How will you value-add?

The individual will be part of our firm’s Risk Management Function. The Data Protection Officer will lead the continued compliance to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other related regulations. He/She will lead any data breaches or non-compliance related to the Firm or its clients.

Responsibilities Design and run the Firm's Data Protection Program, including policies and procedures, and processes. Part of the Firm's global data protection community Part of a technology risk evaluation panel to assess and approve data protection related matters associated with the technology and data the Firm uses. Lead investigations on data breaches or incidents About you Legal, Compliance, IT Degree At least 8 years in data protection or equivalent roles Experienced in PDPA and GDPR Good understanding of the professional services sector Certifications from IAPP preferred
