Job Description :   

POLICY SETTING, GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE

The owner of the Technology Security Policy and procedure. Regularly review and update the policy and procedures.

Assist the chief group data protection officer to ensure compliance of Personal Data protection Act within the Company Group

Track & Verify IT Compliance Activities are Conducted Properly such as Patch Management, Hardening Management, Disaster Recovery, User Entitlement Reviews, Audit Issue Compliance

Track & Manage IT Incidents

Manage and Coordinate IT Compliance Activities such as PDPA, MAS, External Audits, Customer Audits and Internal Audits

Ensure compliance with IT policies & procedures through analysis, reviews, assessments and Audits.

Communicate and manage internal and external auditors in Technology-related audits.

Ensure compliance to the policy for the Companys group and reduce the possible risks.

TECHNOLOGY RISKS MANAGEMENT

To deliver IT security services to the Companys Group

Provide advice and leadership as a subject matter expert in information security and Information Technology Security.

Review & develop security frameworks and Technology Risks on an on-going basis.

Review and develop IT Risk Management frame works, advise and review Technology risks.

Constantly monitor the risk factors to ensure mitigations are in place

To ensure Company IT Risk exposure is reduced to minimal.

SECURITY OPERATION AND SUPPORT

Lead a team of staff to perform IT Security operations

Manage Information Security Devices and Services such as Firewalls, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Distributed Denial of Service(DDOS), Encryption, Network DLP, End-Point Security (DLP, Anti-Virus) Systems

Monitor IT Security Threats & Vulnerabilities and Perform Vulnerability Assessments (Ethical Hacking)

Perform Application Releases

Manage User Access Controls to Applications, SSL Certificates & Digital Certificates etc.,

Lead a team to support the front office technical support, e.g. Post office, SAM and Delivery bases

Lead a team to provide day to day support for Finance and Postal Network Operations in the area of transactions daily balancing performed in Post21, SAM and vPost .

To ensure that the company business are not affected by the security incidents and meet the service Level agreements.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

To implement and maintain Master agreements with major vendors

Maintain and control of ERP licences including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle and Microsoft etc.,

Work with Legal and Purchasing on Contract Management

Maintain an oversight of software and hardware maintenance contracts

To ensure that the vendors discharge their duties accordingly and the company does not breach the licences requirements.

TECHNOLOGY GROUP PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND WORKPLACE MANAGEMENT

To be the champion for Group Technology to handle HR related matters including budget and staff welfare and compensation.

To sit in the workplace safety and wealth committee and implement WSH matters within the Group Technology

Manage the group technology staff engagement

To a more structured approach towards dealing with staff welfare and engagement through the good and safe working environment and staff collaborations

TECHNOLOGY GROUP FINANCIAL BUDGET AND PROCUREMENT

Work with GCIO to oversee the total yearly budget within group Technology

Monitor the monthly expenditure of the Group Technology, to ensure spending within budgets.

To ensure proper spending within Group Technology and within budget.

Any other duties as assigned
