Govt demands explanation, improvement timeline for TuJu app

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) and the developer of the TuJu navigation app must provide a detailed explanation of its technical shortcomings and a clear timeline for improvements following complaints from users, says Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil. The government spokesman said both LLM and Prosignal Consortium Sdn Bhd must address the issues raised by users, including the causes of the problems, technical aspects involved, the app's current performance and measures being taken to resolve them. "The explanation is important to ensure that users' problems are addressed comprehensively, to improve TuJu's reliability and to restore public confidence in the locally developed navigation app," he told a press conference on Friday (Oct 23).
