KOTA KINABALU (April 22): Sabah is strengthening its digital future with the development of its first sovereign artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem through a strategic partnership between the State Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and Aras Integrasi Sdn Bhd. The collaboration was formalised through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at building local AI capacity across schools, educators and public higher education institutions, with emphasis on ethical governance, data sovereignty and local values.
