MANILA, Philippines -- The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) emphasized on Wednesday that there are no fees associated with obtaining an identification card and Member Data Record (MDR), reminding the public to report those serving as fixers. "Tandaan na WALANG BAYAD ang PhilHealth ID at Member Data Record (MDR)," it said in a Facebook post. (Remember that the PhilHealth ID and Member Data Record are free of charge.)
