Anthropic names PH-based Apper as 'Select' partner for Claude AI

Philippine-based artificial intelligence engineering firm Apper Digital has become the first company in the country to attain Select partner status in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, a program for technology firms deploying the Claude AI platform for enterprise customers. The Manila-based company, which operates as Apper AI Solutions, announced on Oct. 6 that it had been promoted to the Select tier after meeting Anthropic's requirements for technical certifications, production deployments, and validated customer projects. Anthropic, the developer of Claude and a major competitor of OpenAI, launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026 with a commitment of $100 million for partner training, technical support, and joint marketing activities.
