GH Bank aims to elevate operations with digital upgrade

Government Housing (GH) Bank, a state financial institution specialising in housing loans, is preparing to upgrade its operations through digital transformation and the adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI). According to Mahatana Ampornpisit, the bank's new chief executive, his goal is to elevate the bank through five strategic pillars, with AI and digital technology playing a role in the development of each pillar. The first strategic pillar, "Immediate-to-Home", is focused on helping people achieve home ownership faster through immediate support.
