It built a frontier AI model so capable at discovering and exploiting zero-day vulnerabilities that it chose not to release it to the public. Instead, through the newly launched Project Glasswing, Anthropic granted limited, invitation-only access to roughly 40 to 50 organisations responsible for critical software infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services, Apple, Broadcom, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Google, JPMorgan Chase, the Linux Foundation, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Palo Alto Networks.
