The conversation around data centers in the Philippines has gotten louder. As someone covering enterprise tech, there seems to be the noise over Pax Silica and the misconception of data centers being one monolithic thing. When in fact, not all data centers are the same, and Pax Silica is a supply chain, not a data center.
