Singapore digital government score rises to 65 despite 5.8% UX decline

The country leads Asia in AI readiness with a score of 65.5. Singapore's digital government score rose 4.7% to 65 in 2025, marking a third consecutive year of growth, according to Adobe's Digital Government Index. Gains were driven by improvements in digital self-service and site performance, supported by continued investment in shared infrastructure and accessibility. One key example was the Central Provident Fund Board's use of plain-language content to support self-service outcomes. In addition, initiatives such as the Singapore Government Technology Stack, Singpass, and adherence to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines contribute to improvements in reliability, scalability, and accessibility.
