BPI tops Philippine bank AI visibility

BDO was listed first in 75% of the responses. Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has the most mentions across consumer, business, and trust queries made in generative artificial intelligence (gen AI) models. In a poll using 180 answers generated from 11 gen AI platforms, BPI is said to have the broadest reach, and appeared in 96% of answers related to business banking, according to the study by PRecious Communications BDO Unibank claimed the most number of first mentions, at 75% of the responses. In consumer banking, BPI was mentioned at 73% of the queries, whilst BDO led first mentions at 31% of all questions.
