Vancouver, British Columbia, Oct. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rocket Doctor AI Inc. (CSE: AIDR, OTC: AIRDF, Frankfurt: 939) ("Rocket Doctor AI" or the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate 3,143 stock options, exercisable at $0.70 per share and valid for a term of three years, and an aggregate 239,000 restricted share units, valid for a term between three to five years, to an officer of the Company and to consultants and employees of the Company's subsidiary. The stock options and restricted share units are issued pursuant to the Company's share compensation plans and all restricted share units and stock options are subject to vesting over up to one year.
