GXS Bank Names Harikrishnan Raguraman as Chief Technology Officer

The GXS Bank executive, who led enterprise technology and generative AI strategy, takes the CTO role amid closer integration with Grab. GXS Bank has appointed Harikrishnan Raguraman as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), according to an announcement he shared on LinkedIn. Raguraman takes on the role following several senior technology positions at the Grab and Singtel-backed digital bank. In June 2025, Bernama identified him as Head of Enterprise Technology, Gen AI and Tech Strategy at executive director level, The Vibes reported. Snowflake's event listings from the same year also identified him as Head of Engineering Data, AI and Enterprise Tech at GXS Bank.
