Ex-employee of National Dental Centre charged with taking photos of 25 patients' breasts

SINGAPORE - A former employee of the National Dental Centre of Singapore (NDCS) who allegedly took photos of the breasts of 25 patients has been charged in a district court. On June 13, Elgin Ng, 28, was handed 30 charges, including 25 charges of voyeurism. He is accused of intentionally taking "top-down and bottom-up" photos of the victims' breasts over a span of more than two years, from March 2022 to April 2024. Details of how he allegedly committed these offences were not stated in court documents. The identities of the women cannot be revealed due to a gag order. Ng is also alleged to have downloaded the photos of 42 patients from a system on a computer belonging to NDCS in 2022 and 2023.
