Recent opinion polls show Mr Chaiwat, who is campaigning under the slogan "Bangkok Made Easy", trailing far behind Mr Chadchart despite the PP's remarkable performance in Bangkok during the Feb 8 general election, when the party swept all 33 parliamentary constituencies in the capital.
