Euronext announces launch of a share repurchase programme of €350 million Amsterdam, Athens, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan, Oslo and Paris - 5 November 2026 - Euronext today announces a share repurchase programme (the 'Programme') for a maximum amount of €350 million. This Programme demonstrates Euronext's proactive approach to capital allocation, the Group's strong deleveraging path, and management's confidence in the growth prospects of the Group. The Programme fully preserves the Group's credit rating, financial flexibility to capture market opportunities and its dividend policy of a pay-out of 50% of reported net income.
