Posted a US$114k net loss in FY2025 despite higher revenue, with CEO stressing the need for deeper digital capabilities Daythree Digital Bhd has welcomed Budget 2027 measures aimed at strengthening Malaysia's regional services industry and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, even as the business process services provider faces pressure on its earnings. Founder and group MD, Raymond Davadass (pic), said enhancements to Global Services Hub incentives from 2027 could help Malaysia compete for higher-value regional services work. But he cautioned that outsourcing providers would need more than low operating costs to remain competitive. "The next phase of the sector cannot be built on cost and scale alone.
