The bank has also promoted Naveen Sethia to Chief Customer Officer. These changes come as founding team member Nick Woodruff leaves the bank after five years. Pariyskiy joins from McKinsey & Company Singapore, where he spent over seven years advising banks, fintechs, and payments firms across Southeast Asia on strategy and digital transformation.
