Converge retains top corporate governance rating for 2nd year

Converge ICT Solutions has received the Five Golden Arrow rating for the second consecutive year, retaining the highest distinction in corporate governance given to publicly listed companies by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). The award was presented during the ICD Golden Arrow Awards 2026 on Oct. 23, based on the Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), which assesses corporate governance practices among publicly listed companies. Converge first received the Five Golden Arrow distinction in 2025. The company previously earned a One Golden Arrow rating during its first year as a publicly listed company, before advancing to Three Golden Arrows in 2022 and 2023.
