AMD is currently looking into claims that its datacentres were breached, and that hackers made off with a treasure trove of information from the attack. According to multiple reports, a hacker collective known as "Intelbroker" has been taking credit for the alleged breach into AMD's servers via a site called "BreachForums." The group claims that the data it stole includes details on future AMD products, customer databases, financial records, along with other sensitive information. Screenshots and snippets from internal systems at AMD, show the breadth and depth of the group's attack, highlighting not only the extent of their prowess, but also the potential vulnerabilities within AMD's own cyber infrastructure.
